Whistler's is a wood-fired barbecue trailer in Sulphur Springs. The cook is a vertical pellet cabinet with a Smoke Daddy Big Kahuna on wood chunks for the first part of the smoke, then finished clean. Brisket is done by feel. Chicken and anything ground is done by thermometer.

The trailer is dressed, not stickered. One board, the wrap, the window. No cartoon pigs.
